Awoken

The Awoken is one of the three playable races in the game. They are a bluish-gray-skinned race that have strikingly similar human features. It is said that they were the descendants of humans who attempted to escape The Darkness by flying off to the edge of the solar system. Something happened, something that changed them permanently. The Awoken are exotic, mysterious, and proud of their race. They distinctly identify themselves as a separate race and consider humans as lesser beings. The Awoken prefer isolation, in their home in a location somewhere in the asteroid belt called The Reef.
