Is there a way to increase the amout of rep for factions above 10 for patrol missions

If you do the Weekly nightfall mission then you will get a boost to the amount of XP you get for all activities until the weekly reset. So the 10 XP will be 12. Some missions give more though anyway. The assassination missions (star symbol) give 25 XP normally.
