How do I find xur to purchase the urn of sacrifice for the darkness below mission?

Hi, Xur appears in the Tower but only on the weekends. Well from 9am GMT Friday to 9am GMT Sunday. That's 4am EST or 1am PST. So look for him while playing on Fridays and Saturdays. He shows up in a random location each weekend. Often in a dark corner somewhere so check all the areas carefully.
