Every rank after rank 3 w/ vanguard or crucible you will earn a commendation for that clan

You need to level up vanguard experience to level 3 before you get your first commendation. Every 2500 vanguard xp after that you'll get another commendation

gator-country1.......well from what I can tell..if you wear their hip rags while you u do missions u build up material points that give you access to there guns...I've made some progress but nothing is coming up .......but the rags.....so its a little upsetting and aggravating.....and I'm at level 25
