The Lunar Complex is the building you have to walkthrough to get from the Mothyards to the Skywatch area. With the dark room with Hive enemies in it. From the starting point in the Steppes go left to the Mothyards and then straight across the Mothyards up the hill to the big building with a large radar dish on top. That is the Lunar Complex
